Pondering the need for quick, inexpensive yet comfortable emergency housing, a Western architect created a brand-new way to build. Why not inflate a balloon, set doors and windows in place, shoot concrete on the balloon with a cement gun; and when the concrete is hard, deflate and withdraw the balloon?”
