This 1936 vintage ad for American Telephone & Telegraph Trade Mark Service (what we know today as the Yellow Pages) has a three-color illustration of a phone book and two insets of ladies whom the Yellow Pages have apparently made smile with the headline, “Advertising Insurance What is it?“.
